The people behind the fyre.

Meet Matt & Ange

I’m Matt. I’ve been building things my whole life—companies, machines, ideas, you name it. I’m not much for fancy talk. I like things that work, and I like building them better than anyone else.

Patiofyre started in my shop here in Bend, Oregon, because my wife Ange and I were sick of smoky campfires and clunky propane towers. I thought, there’s got to be a better way. A few busted prototypes later, the Jetlamp was born. Now, a robot in my shop welds dozens every day.

But if I’m the guy obsessed with the welds, Ange is the reason it all matters. She’s the one who makes sure everything we do is about people first—whether that’s how the Jetlamp looks in your backyard or how we stand behind it with a lifetime warranty.

That’s why I give customers my cell phone number and answer every email. If something’s not right, you’ll hear from me—not a call center.

We didn’t build Patiofyre to sell heaters. We built it to create moments. And we’d love to be part of yours.

Why We Believe Our Patiofyre Jetlamp is the World’s Best Patio Heater

Most patio heaters miss the mark. Some toast your head. Others warm your feet. Many barely make a difference at all.

The Jetlamp is the only wood pellet heater with a 4’ infrared heating surface, which delivers 15 feet of radiant, full-body heat—so you and your guests feel warm everywhere, head to toe, not just in patches. Combine that with the beauty of a real fire and rugged American craftsmanship, and you’ve got more than a heater. You’ve got the centerpiece of every great night outdoors.

What Makes Patiofyre Different

  • Full-body warmth – Radiant heat you can actually feel.
  • Functional Beauty – A design as stunning as the fire inside.
  • America Tough – Built in the U.S. from heavy gauge American steel, not flimsy sheet metal.
  • Better Fuel – Wood pellets burn hotter, cost half as much as propane, and emit 65% less carbon.
  • Lifetime Guarantee – If it breaks, we fix it.

At the end of the day, it’s not just about staying warm—it’s about staying together. The Jetlamp is built to be more than a heater. It’s functional art, a conversation starter, and a reason to linger outside long after the sun goes down.

Born in and inspired by
Bend, Oregon.

Our products and our aesthetics are reflections of the place we call home—Bend, Oregon. It’s a rare place of natural, striking and rugged beauty that inspires outdoor activities and gatherings. Our high desert climate brings us over 300 days of sunshine followed by a 30-degree drop in temperatures at night. Gathering around a fire is a common theme here, whether in homes or at restaurants, breweries, and events. Our Jetlamps are a new way to bring people together around real fire—highlighting its beauty while providing its essential warmth.
